Tuesday, June 2nd is Bike to School Day in Calgary. Biking to school with your children is a fun way to get exercise together, lessen your environmental impact and, most of all, have fun! A number of Westgate families and teachers have organized three bike routes to Westgate School for the morning of June 2, enabling families an easy and fun way to be part of this event and ride together along with their friends and neighbours. They have also connected with the larger Calgary bike-to-school campaign which is offering a draw for 80 prizes from Bowcycle, BikeBike and other area businesses.
