It is such a privilege to host this casino! We need 14 more volunteers to make it happen. Volunteering for one shift at the casino will make a big impact on your child’s learning at Westgate. Consider signing up for a shift especially if you have not worked a casino for Westgate yet. You may choose to volunteer a grandparent or other wonderfully generous body. My deadline to submit names is fast approaching, please let me know as soon as possible.

Calling all Zombies!

Wanted: Zombies
When: Thursday, October 29, 1:00-1:40 pm, as part of the Halloween assembly and student costume parade
Location: Westgate School gym stage
Purpose: Entertain and lead the kids. Parents will perform dance moves to Thriller. Students will perform the dance following the parents lead.

RSVP: Space is limited, and we need to create the list of zombies before October 9th.

Student Photo Proofs

Student photo proofs are being sent home today, orders are due on Thursday, October 8th.

Photo retakes and class photos will take place on Thursday, November 5th. If your child requires retakes, please write “retake” at the top of the order form and return to your child’s teacher. Your child will require the order form to give to the photographer on retake day.
